The perimeter frame of the 2" PerfectPleat is constructed from the highest wet-strength 28 pt. beverage carrier board available. The 28 pt. thickness improves filter strength and helps resist damage. Three support straps and three sets of uniquely designed pleat stabilizers provide additional strength and uniform pleat spacing.
PerfectPleat filters are designed for industrial and commercial applications having light to medium dust loading conditions. The support straps and pleat stabilizers of the 2” PerfectPleat ensure integrity against turbulent airflow and provide excellent lateral stability for installation in side-access systems.
