Return Policy

We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise free of charge within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, you must contact the manufacturer for any refunds or repairs.  Any non-defective returns must be in resellable condition and may be subject to a restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. If merchandise was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that the carrier can be held responsible for the damages. For any questions regarding returns or to request a return, please email bmurphy0102@comcast.net with your name, address, daytime phone number, order number, and a description of the defective items. We will process your return and contact you with instructions for completing it. Anything shipped directly to us without prior return authorization will be refused. Any items that are returned that were brought during a free shipping special, shipping charges will be deducted from the return.
